Gunma Prefecture is blessed with fertile resources created by a combination of nature, prayers, and culture. Making use of these resources, Gunma has built strong industries which are now developing both in and outside the country in tandem with the sustainable development of local communities. Glocal Hatara-Kurasu Gunma Project is a cooperative effort among businesses, universities, governmental organizations, and financial institutions to nurture the development of foreign students into "glocal talents," or major next-generation forces to promote our industries and develop an environment in which these talented individuals can fully demonstrate their ability and skills.
